∎ Certification in First Aid or Emergency Care will be an added advantage.

∎ Basic computer literacy for record-keeping.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the daily operations of the healthcare center as per the organization's guidelines.
∎ Provide primary medical care to patients and, when necessary, refer them to specialist doctors.
∎ Ensure compliance with all health regulations and guidelines issued by authorities.
∎ Maintain accurate records of patient care and financial transactions using designated software.
∎ Submit weekly and monthly financial reports, and patient service details to the administration.
∎ Oversee the maintenance of equipment and furniture at the healthcare center.
∎ Engage in community outreach and promote healthcare services at the local level.
∎ Provide the correct medication to patients according to prescriptions and give proper guidance on dosage.
∎ Monitor the stock of medicines, restock as needed, and remove expired medicines.

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Paramedic to work under Sneho Urgent Healthcare, providing quality medical care and contributing to the well-being of our patients.
∎ Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ BDT 15,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
∎ Additionally, the organization provides festival bonuses for Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha.
