• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and team leadership, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Reports to: Executive Director/Senior Technical Advisor

Job Summary: The Manager of Accounting and Finance will oversee financial operations, manage accounting processes, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and contribute to strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, organization policies, and relevant financial regulations.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize resources and improve financial performance.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial reporting processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to finance team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Benefits: The monthly salary ranges from Taka 70,000 to Taka 80,000, along with two annual festival bonuses. The salary is negotiable for candidates with exceptional experience and qualifications
