∎ Masters
∎ Masters in Anthropology / Development Studies / Public Health / Environmental Science / Disaster Management or any other relevant disciplines from recognized university.

∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Working experience with NGO, Development Agency in WASH response.
∎ Working in Humanitarian Assistance and Emergency Response Program.
∎ Work experience in Cox's bazar preferable.
∎ Professional work experience in different WASH project implementation, monitoring, operation, and reporting.
∎ Excellent communication skills (written and oral): Sensitivity to and responsiveness to all partners, Respectful and helpful relations with IOM, RRRC, District Administration, and other sector agencies.
∎ Ability to communicate with people in the local language (Cox’s Bazaar)Medium in English (written/verbal).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and oversee the implementation plan for WASH activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery aligned with project objectives.
∎ Lead and manage the technical aspects of water, sanitation, and hygiene interventions, ensuring compliance with Sphere Standards and WASH sector guidelines.
∎ Ensuring gender, disability, and child protection considerations are systematically mainstreamed in all WASH programming.
∎ Conduct routine field visits to monitor implementation, provide technical support, and ensure accountability to affected populations and smooth project implementation.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly progress and project completion reports and organize monthly and quarterly progress reviews.
∎ Manage the human and financial resources, in consultation with the Management, for achieving results in line with the outputs and activities outlined in the project document.
∎ Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with donor regulations and NGO Forum’s financial policies.
∎ Maintaining effective liaison/interaction with government ministries/departments, RRRC officials, Camp in Charge (CiCs), National and International Agencies, NGOs, local stakeholders, institutions and implementing partners of the project.
∎ Organize internal and external networks or communities of practice covering prominent experts in government, non-government, think tanks, private companies, international development organizations and the UN system.
∎ Ensure effective management of the project’s financial resources and monitor financial resources and accounting to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial reports.
∎ The Project Coordinator will provide input and services as may be required by Central Management of the Project with the objective of achieving a high level of performance and results.
