About The Role
We`re looking for an energetic and team-oriented Project Coordinator Intern who has recently completed a four-year honors program in Computer Science or Management Information Systems. If you have ambitions for a career in Project Management, this is the perfect opportunity. You`ll partner with a team of software developers, business analysts, project managers, DBAs, and business partners to assist in designing, building, and maintaining IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Help to set up project meetings
Handle the minute-taking at meetings
Assist with planning
Keep the project calendar up to date
Administrative duties
Measure and report on project performance
Assess employee performance
Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
Research and develop product or project solutions.
Developing and maintaining effective project team communication systems
Producing project summary reports and coordinating the preparation of all reports
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user and business needs.
Translate requirements into clear and actionable user stories or product specifications.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve the product`s user experience.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather product usability and satisfaction feedback.
Recommend enhancements and features to improve user experience.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations.
Present data analysis and product performance evaluations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Clearly articulate complex concepts in a concise and understandable manner.
