About The Role 

We`re looking for an energetic and team-oriented Project Coordinator Intern who has recently completed a four-year honors program in Computer Science or Management Information Systems. If you have ambitions for a career in Project Management, this is the perfect opportunity. You`ll partner with a team of software developers, business analysts, project managers, DBAs, and business partners to assist in designing, building, and maintaining IT solutions. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Help to set up project meetings 

• Handle the minute-taking at meetings 

• Assist with planning 

• Keep the project calendar up to date 

• Administrative duties 

• Measure and report on project performance 

• Assess employee performance 

• Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders 

• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives 

• Research and develop product or project solutions. 

• Developing and maintaining effective project team communication systems 

• Producing project summary reports and coordinating the preparation of all reports 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements. 

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user and business needs. 

• Translate requirements into clear and actionable user stories or product specifications. 

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve the product`s user experience. 

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather product usability and satisfaction feedback. 

• Recommend enhancements and features to improve user experience. 

• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations. 

• Present data analysis and product performance evaluations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 

• Clearly articulate complex concepts in a concise and understandable manner.
