Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ Masters in any discipline preferably in Social Science, Development Studies, Early Childhood Development and Care, Public Policy or any relevant field from reputed university.
∎ No 3rd class/division will be considered for the position
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
project coordination, Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overall Project Implementation, Supervision, and Monitoring within a team work-frame;
∎ Ensure the process of dialogue and negotiation for establishing connectivity of M&E result tracking and reporting mechanism of the project;
∎ Effective budget preparation, periodic analysis and review of budget expenditure and ensure efficient budget management in compliance with financial policies and procedures;
∎ Coordinate, develop and maintain key professional networks, relationships with local partners, governments and NGO's service providers;
∎ Monitor project activities through field visits and by holding meetings with partners and management;
∎ Facilitate Training, workshop and seminar and preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly progress reports;
∎ Undertake all activities in accordance with internal management systems, operating procedures and policies, and monitor field-based work to maintain compliance;
∎ Carry out regular field visits to inspect works, review progress and determine/receive feedback from the team and the beneficiaries regarding emerging challenges and gaps in original plans and hold the project managers accountable in correcting the field findings and take immediate actions;
∎ Compile all the field level information from field and other sector partners and work with management for drafting proposal for fund raising;
∎ Contribute towards preparation of budgets, funding concepts and proposals through analysis of field data and actual costs incurred on activity implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision-making
∎ Planning, budgeting, and financial management skills
∎ Team building, HR management skills
∎ Strong ability on dealing with community, local elites and government officials
∎ Skilled in documentation, facilitation, presentation & reporting
∎ Excellent skills using commonly used software MS Word (Bangla and English typing), MS Excel, Power point, internet and email communication
∎ Excellent communications skills in Bangla and good in English
∎ 10 years (at least 5 years in development program management/project coordination, ECCD/Drowning Prevention preferred)
∎ Experience in working with Government Officials/local government
∎ Experience in organized workshop/consultation at sub-national level
∎ Age may be relaxed in case of highly experienced candidates

Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary may be negotiable in case of highly deserving candidates. Other benefits may be admissible as per rules of the organization and project budget.
