∎ Postgraduate degree in Psychology (Desirable)
∎ Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the relevant field and Rohingya context
∎ Knowledge on CP, MHPSS, Community-based child protection, GBV activities
∎ Planning, implementation and supervision of Outreach Activities
∎ Clear Understanding on the issues project must work on
∎ Knowledge on the Rohingya refugee crisis and Response
∎ Basic IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, Internet, excel)
∎ Knowledge of child protection systems in Bangladesh/ Excellent facilitation skills.
∎ Ability to speak Chittagong/Rohingya Bengali, English both written and verbal is an added advantage
∎ Compassion, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Good conceptual and practical Knowledge on Child Protection System in Bangladesh
∎ Good knowledge and skills in Child Protection minimum standard and Child Protection in Emergency
∎ Good training and facilitation skills
∎ Community engagement and participation
∎ Excellent communication, networking skills and active listening abilities
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation effectively.
∎ Ability to work under stressful conditions and adapt to local culture and situation effectively.

∎ Must be willing and able to travel in camp location five days a week.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate Child protection activities including field and MPCCs and all its integrated programs implementation, Community based child protection mechanisms, adolescent, / youth clubs’ activities / according to the agreed plan of action.
∎ Organize meetings with key stakeholders at local level, implement and monitor project activities towards realization of project outputs in a timely and effective manner
∎ Conduct community volunteers training and regular coaching on required topics, including Child Protection, MPCC management, communication with children, PFA, creative activities, positive discipline, life skills and use of local traditional materials.
∎ Plan CP mainstreaming with other response staff to implement project activities that adhere to the Do-Assure-Don’t- Do Framework recommended for Peacebuilding and Conflict Sensitivity with an allocated Camp.
∎ Represent Tdh Refugee Program in child protection focal meeting, Camp coordination, meetings at the Camp level and establish strategic partnerships with other CP actors in that camp.
∎ Establish appropriate contacts with local counterparts at all levels within the camp.
∎ Establish and maintain efficient coordination and collaboration with target beneficiaries, community members, Tdh partners, CP and non-CP actors, formal and informal authorities, Site management, CiCs and other key actors.
∎ Ensure all staff, including Outreach Assistant and volunteers and oriented and signed on Tdh Safeguarding policy,
∎ Conduct regular refresher sessions on safeguarding and other CoC-related awareness-raising sessions.
∎ The Child Protection Outreach Officer is overall responsible for engaging with communities, identifying child protection concerns, and supporting the implementation of child protection activities. The role involves community engagement, raising awareness, strengthening referral mechanisms, and ensuring children and their families have access to appropriate services.
∎ Responsibility-1: Technical Support and Supervision. Project Implementation, Management & Supervision:
