Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ 1. Master's Degree in education, Development Studies, Sociology, Public Policy or any discipline of Social Science;
∎ 2. No 3rd class/division will be considered for the position.

∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The job holder will perform the following responsibilities following the CAMPE policies, procedures and as per the requirements of the unit:
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including defining project goals, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
∎ Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial resources are allocated and utilized effectively. Seek funding opportunities, write grant proposals, and manage project finances.
∎ Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage project staff and volunteers. Delegate tasks, provide guidance and support, and foster a positive working environment. Conduct performance evaluations and address any issues that may arise.
∎ Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, including beneficiaries, community leaders, government agencies, and partner organisations. Foster partnerships and maintain effective communication to ensure project success.
∎ Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track project progress, outcomes, and impact. Collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations for project improvement.
∎ Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks throughout the implementation phase and take appropriate measures to address them in a timely manner.
∎ Advocacy and Networking: Represent the organization and project at various forums, conferences, and meetings. Build networks and collaborations with other NGOs, government agencies, and relevant stakeholders to advocate for project objectives and ensure sustainability.
∎ Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, project updates, and documentation in accordance with organizational and donor requirements. Ensure accurate record-keeping of project activities, achievements, and lessons learned.
∎ Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and donor guidelines. Adhere to ethical standards and promote accountability and transparency in project operations.
∎ Capacity Building: Identify training needs and develop capacity-building initiatives for project staff, partner organisations, and community members. Facilitate workshops, provide technical assistance, and support knowledge transfer.
∎ Take initiatives to design, develop and submit new project proposal in consultation with MGT Team to the concerned Development Partners in the light of CAMPE vision & Mission.
∎ Take part in selection of PNGO, train them and liaison with concerned government agencies related to project activities.
∎ Work with CAMPE team to fulfil the requirement of NGOAB, DC Office and other concerned agencies as an when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla and has excellent presentation skills;
∎ Excellent report writing and presentation skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines;
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, including people management and leadership, dealing with critical issues, demonstrating flexibility and negotiation with stakeholders, managing diversity and dealing with gender issues;
∎ Negotiation skills with stakeholders;
∎ Strong team management and people management skills; can manage diversity, can easily grasp and handle gender issues.
∎ 10-12 years-experience, of which at least 5-7 years in managerial or senior position in Research, Monitoring, Evaluation and Documentation in any development or Research organisation.
∎ Age may be relaxed in case of highly experienced candidates.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 95000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable in case of better qualified candidates.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Other benefits may be admissible as per rules of the organization and project budget.
