∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare a work plan according to the project’s needs and budget.
∎ Prepare all necessary project documents and take appropriate action in compliance with the requirements of the NGO Bureau.
∎ Organize events and ensure timely preparation of reports as per the project agenda. Additionally, ensure proper documentation of all reports.
∎ Supervise the process of collecting individuals with disabilities who are willing to receive technical training from various sources and compile a list from which the final list of potential trainees will be determined at the start of each training session.
∎ Ensure the participation of individuals with physical disabilities in training by assisting in their proper selection through CRP rehabilitation professionals.
∎ Ensure the availability of all necessary training materials and purchase them in coordination with the approved project budget. Upon purchase, properly process (inventory) the materials.
∎ Pay all bills, manage purchases, and reconcile them on time in accordance with the project budget. Resolve any internal and external audit objections.
∎ Supervise regular evaluations of trainees to assess their skills. Additionally, provide timely income-generating support to trainees after completion of training, as per the project budget.
∎ Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss project-related academic and administrative issues.
∎ Perform any other duties or activities assigned by the supervisor as needed.)
∎ Job Location: CRP-Manikganj
∎ Project Period: Initially for 2 years (Up to 30 March 2027), with the possibility of an extension
