Responsibilities & Context:
∎ হীড বাংলাদেশ জাতীয় পর্যায়ের অগ্রসরমান একটি বেসরকারী উন্নয়ন সংস্থা। ১৯৭৪ সাল থেকে দরিদ্র জনগোষ্ঠীর উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্যে বিভিন্ন উন্নয়নমূলক কর্ম কমসূচী পরিচালনা করে আসছে। হীড বাংলাদেশ - এ ড্রাইভার পদে দরখাস্ত আহ্বান করা হচ্ছে।
∎ দায়িত্বসমূহ:
∎ • দক্ষতার সহিত নিরাপদে গাড়ি চালনা করা।
∎ • সব সময় পরিবহন পরিষ্কার -পরিছন্ন এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা
∎ • ব্যবস্থাপনা কর্তৃপক্ষের প্রয়োজনে যে কোন সময় দায়িত্ব পালনে রাজি থাকা
∎ • পরিবহনের সকল আইনানুগ পেপারসমূহ আপডেট সুনিশ্চিত করা।
∎ • দূরবর্তী গন্তব্যে রওনা হওয়ার আগে বা প্রতিদিন সকালে গাড়ি চালনার আগে অবশ্যই গাড়ির ইঞ্জিন , তেল , মোবিল , চাকা পর্যবেক্ষণ করে যাত্রা শুরু করা।
∎ • গাড়ির মেরামত করার প্রয়োজন হলে কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানানো।
∎ • রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের রুটিন এবং মেরামতগুলির সঠিকভাবে নথিভুক্ত করা।
∎ • গাড়ির লগবই সংরক্ষণ করা।
∎ • সুনির্দির্ষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে নির্দেশিত দায়িত্ব সম্পন্ন করা।
∎ • গুরুত্ব অনুযায়ী নির্দেশিত যে কোন দায়িত্ব সম্পন্ন করা।
∎ • দক্ষতার সহিত ট্রাফিক আইন মেনে গাড়ি চালনা করা।
∎ • ভাল আচরণ বজায় রাখা এবং সমস্ত কর্মকর্তাদের প্রতি যথাযথ সন্মান প্রদর্শন করা।
∎ • কর্মক্ষেত্রে সততা ও বিশ্বস্ততা বজায় রাখা।
∎ • প্রয়োজনে নির্ধারিত ডিউটি আওয়ারের পর ওভারটাইম করার মানসিকতা থাকা এবং সুপারভাইজারের নির্দেশনা মেনে চলা।
∎ • গাড়ির মুভমেন্ট রেজিস্টার মেইন্টেইন করা।
∎ • ইউনিফর্ম পরিধান করে ডিউটি করা।
∎ • কোন এক্সিডেন্ট হলে বা গাড়ি চালনার সময় গাড়ির কোনো ক্ষতি হলে তাৎক্ষণিক কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবহিত করা।
∎ • নির্ধারিত ডিউটির বাইরে ডিউটি না করা।
∎ • নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের ভিতর অফিস অগ্রিম সমন্বয় করা।
∎ • অফিসিয়াল সকল গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করা।
∎ • অফিস প্রদত্ত ফোন নাম্বার চালু রাখা এবং গাড়ি চালানো অবস্থায় মোবাইল ব্যবহার না করা ।
