Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and implementing all the activities related to the project in line with the results. The position will be the key person of project deliverable on the ground;
∎ Overall responsible to implement the project activities;
∎ Prepare quarterly and annual financial report and variance also narrative report and send to donor and RDRS management;
∎ Provide professional and technical support to project staffs;
∎ Regular and frequent field visit to find out possibilities, identify problems, assess and follow-up activities being implemented and provide appropriate suggestion to field staffs;
∎ Maintain day-to-day management for ensuring the staff members to abide by the rules and regulations of the organization;
∎ Initiate and ensure technical and management support in effective planning and proper implementation of the project activities relating to child marriage protection, advocacy, awareness raising, networking, civic engagement, governance etc.;
∎ Monitor and evaluate project progress to reach the target within the life of the project;
∎ Maintain necessary liaison with donor and government line agencies in connection with project activities, information sharing and field implementation;
∎ Lead the team and guide them in finding out the solutions to overcome prevailing constraints and challenges;
∎ Coordinate and plan field visits for important visitors including donor representatives and organize briefing for and sharing feedback from them;
∎ Conduct staff appraisal and design necessary action plan for staff development and implement it accordingly;
∎ Plan and conduct orientation for staff on new and critical issues and provide technical guidance to staff on a regular basis;
∎ Take necessary steps to maintain congenial and sound working environment as per the policy and guideline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years relevant working experience;
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on safeguarding (Child Protection, Gender & Anti sexual harassment) issue. Ensuring pandemic-related safeguards are in place at meeting, training and workshop, GO and NGO meeting, income-generating activities, PSHEA, Social protection, Government Liaison, Complaints Response & Feedback Mechanism;
∎ The candidate must have sound knowledge on Program planning, budgeting, monitoring, evaluation, database management, data analysis, report writing and documentation;
∎ Should be experienced in working on child marriage prevention; knowledge on Youth Leadership development, Youth Economic empowerment; knowledge on SRHR and gender equality;
∎ She/he should be skills in report writing, networking, communication and liaison, presentation skills;
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office program, data analysis is also essential for this position;
∎ The incumbent must have good communication skill;
∎ Should be knowledge on gender and safeguarding, child protection;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Willingness to drive motorcycle and must have valid motor cycle driving license for frequent field visit.
Salary: Tk. 65474 (Monthly)

∎ Festival Bonus equivalent to 1 month gross salary for each year, yearly increment based on performance.
