∎ Masters with 3-5 years’ experience on DRR & CCA project;

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sh/e will ensure the and effective implementation of the assigned project in line with the approved proposal and budget;
∎ Sh/e will supervise the subordinate field staff to perform their duties and responsibilities;
∎ Sh/e will consult with UP bodies on functioning UDMC and WDMC and will facilitate SHGs on their capacity building and guide them for advocacy and lobby for Government entitlement.
∎ Sh/e will maintain linkage with Govt. and Non-Govt. service providers on DRR, CCA and livelihood issues;
∎ Sh/e will Prepare monthly fund requisition, progress report, case story, and other necessary documents as required by the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Diverse knowledge on DRR & CCA and livelihood projects in NGO sector;
∎ Good command both in English & Bangla;
∎ Requires knowledge of using personal computer including Microsoft Office Application;
∎ Knowledge of Project Management, Supervision, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, coordination, leadership, community engagement and rights-based approach.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 33485 (Monthly)
