Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular visit to the local communities
∎ Identifying of target beneficiaries
∎ Ensure all Youth Organizers (YO) are graduated through CSE session and effective in their positions.
∎ Ensure technical support on facilitation to the YO to formation group and conduct the session.
∎ Prepare session/Meeting plan with materials and conduct/support sessions/meetings at local level.
∎ As per session plan ensure the target achievement and quality of session/meetings.
∎ Ensure participatory process in different level of Meeting/workshop/Campaign etc at local level.
∎ Participate in different orientations, trainings, workshops and meetings
∎ Regular supervise/mentoring of Youth Organizer at local level.
∎ Provide support to Project Officer to organize meeting/workshop/campaign at local level.
∎ Liaison with local level administration, LGI, local leaders and make sure their active participation in the program.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual activities plan.
∎ Regular visit of group sessions in community and ensure quality facilitation of YO in session.
∎ Keep records and documentation.
∎ Prepare event report, monthly, quarterly, six monthly or annual activity reports in time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Should have skills in group formation and facilitation.
∎ Report preparation in Bangle as per format and process documentation.
∎ Should have skills in MS Word & MS Excel.
∎ Familiar with the using IEC, BCC materials & experience in edutainment activities will be added advantage.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively
∎ Should have Knowledge about SRHR, Child marriage and gender will be preferred.
∎ Preferred to have experience in communicate with local level stakeholder
Salary: Tk. 12320 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ In addition, 2 festival bonus, 10% provident Fund & 10% Gratuity as per HR policy.
