∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Project Associate will be responsible for planning and implementing of the activities at the project site. She will support to organize and implement project activities at the field level.
∎ Prepare activity plans of GOAL project & report to Project Officer
∎ Ensure the implementation of the project interventions
∎ Organize the communities, club and educational institution based programs according to GOAL project activities plan.
∎ She will work in close contact with the concerned Co-Program Manager; ensure quality output of the project activities.
∎ Support to organize meeting, seminars, workshop, & other events
∎ Support to set GOAL Club in community and agreement with schools
∎ Coordinate with GOAL Club members and support to facilitate sessions through Activity Book
∎ Regular updates to Project Officer on project activities
∎ Collect the good case studies & submit it into written form on regular basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in field level implementation and team work, work plan preparation, report preparation and analysis as well as maintain coordination
∎ Candidate should have interest to work at the community level and good understanding with target beneficiary.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills
∎ Ability to address issues and change effectively
Salary:
∎ Tk. 19000 - 21500 (Monthly)
∎ In addition, 2 festival bonuses as per HR policy.
