Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Agriculture or Environment or Rural, Regional Development
∎ Subject preference will be relaxed for the candidates with direct experience in implementing any project in the Rohingya camps/ nearby host communities in Cox's Bazar.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Drive Motorbike, Advance MS Excel, Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Oroject Officer (Livelihood & Environment) in designing the implementation plan;
∎ Lead the team of Community Mobilizers in implementing the project components;
∎ Communicate with the local government authorities (UNO Office for the hosts and CiC office for the Rohingya Camps) for implementing the project and keep those authorities regularly updated of the project's progress;
∎ Keep regular communication and coordination with the site management and sector-wise camp focals for implementing the project components in the camps
∎ Attend sector-wise coordination meetings and represent LREP/ RDRS at the relevant authority's office;
∎ Assist the Project Officer (Livelihood & Environment) in preparing monthly progress reports;
∎ Visit the project locations regularly, record any changes in the needs and report those to the supervisor;
∎ Any other tasks as required by the project team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years experience with implementing/ managing development projects. Experience in the Rohingya camps and nearby host communities will get preference;
∎ Motorcycle drive with valid license is mandatory.
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)

The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
