Job Context:
∎ Mission: The project assistant provides administrative, logistics and programme development support to the project. S/he leads on managing the transportation schedule for the project. S/he supports the project through administration and logistical tasks including simple procurements. S/he contributes to updating the sector mapping monthly and other reporting.
∎ Reporting Relationship: S/he will be reportable to the Project Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrative:
∎ Updates weekly workplan and schedules as needed
∎ Manages daily transport schedule for vehicles and staff needs
∎ Collates data and submits monthly 4W report on activities
∎ Undertakes purchases and assists with project activities as needed
∎ Contributes to reports and other presentations
∎ Supports with all logistics, procurement and transport arrangements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
∎ Experience with community-led development projects; preferably in Cox's Bazar
∎ Self starter, motivated, good organizational skills
∎ Good communication skills and positive team member
∎ Other: Having motorcycle license is preferred.
Salary:
∎ BDT 37,000/- (Consolidated)
