Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters with honors in Social Sciences/English/Development Studies from any university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 7-10 years of working experience in the development sector in any NGO.
∎ The candidate has completed a development proejct of 3-5 year duration as a project leader, leading a team consisting 5-15 staff, preparing project progress report and budget with analysis, maintaining date line, communication skills in English (listening, writing and speaking), good drafting skill in English and Bangla (Bijoy), advance use of MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point etc.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Entitlement for contributory provident fund, gratuity, two festivals and each for equivalent to one basic, medical facility and mobile phone and internet support as per organizational policies.
