Educational Requirements:
∎ • B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering/ Software Engineering / IT/ IS/ CIS/Computer Applications from any reputed public or private university
∎ • IDB-BISEW Diploma (Enterprise System Analysis & Design with C#) and any Professional Certification will be considered as an added advantage.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading IT Division operational and strategic planning, including fostering Innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
∎ Lead Software strategic and operational planning to achieve institutional goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing Software initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future Software systems across the institution.
∎ Approve, prioritize, and control projects and the project portfolio as they relate to the selection, acquisition, development, and installation of major information systems.
∎ Monitoring the service continuity at user ends; reporting the service interruptions and taking prompt actions to ensure service excellence.
∎ Responding to end user technical queries with accurate technical details.
∎ Work with a team of support engineers with a view to ensure excellent team performance taking initiatives for a comprehensive performance
∎ Maintain standard software development practice.
∎ Ensure continuous delivery of Software services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of Software systems performance.
∎ Conduct analysis of software requirements.
∎ Preparing the Software Requirement Specifications.
∎ Prepare Software User Documentation/Tutorials.
∎ Prepare API-related documentation.
∎ Prepare Software Technical Documentation.
∎ Collaboration with Software Team.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the Management & Director, IT Division.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have in real world project experience in the following area(s):
∎ • 3 to 5 year(s) experiences in Software Development Company.
∎ • Must have professional experience in core application development using ASP.NET MVC/ ASP.NET Core.
∎ • C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, RDLC Report, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, MS SQL Server, T-SQL, RDBMS.
∎ • Clear concepts of OOP
∎ • Entity framework, LINQ
∎ • Business Layer & Data Layer (3 Tier Architecture)
∎ • Microsoft Identity Framework, OWIN framework
∎ • Web API
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ • Detail-oriented and excellent concentration ability
∎ • End user-oriented.
∎ • Expert IT skills
∎ • Advanced knowledge of operating systems.
∎ • An analytical mindset and critical thinking
∎ • Aptitude for learning new technology.
∎ • Deadline driven
∎ • Superior communication skills.
