Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help Team Leader in managing the project.
∎ Support field team & provide management support.
∎ Implementation decision at the field-level
∎ Procurement of materials
∎ Mentoring of the field level employees
∎ Technical Support to the Supervisors, Organizers, Paramedics and Friendship Community Medic Aides (FCM).
∎ Implement mHealth application.
∎ Provide support in the floating hospital during the absence of Medical Officer.
∎ Activity and performance monitoring of the Supervisors, Organizers, Paramedics and Friendship Community Medic Aides.
∎ Conduct need Assessment, community level mapping of services, advocacy and networking.
∎ Budget preparation and management.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of fund, medicine, logistics for smooth running of out-reach based health program (Satellite Clinics & FCMs).
∎ Attend meeting.
∎ Result management
∎ Look after and ensure quality control of FCMs, supervisors and satellite clinics.
∎ To prepare Annual & Quarterly project report.
∎ Create a mechanism to follow up proper support of the outreach teams with timely allocation of resources (monthly budget, training materials, equipment, medicines & other logistics etc.) for effective implementation of the program activities.
∎ Liaise with central and local Government authorities to ensure effective program implementation.
∎ Manage visits of Government and other Stakeholders to Project Sites
∎ Participate & foster in team building.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 05 years of professional experience particularly in the NGO sector.
∎ Excellent teamwork, and a proven track record of building trust within and empowering teams.
∎ Willingness and ability to work in hard-to-reach areas.
∎ Excellent computer literacy especially in MS Office application.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill, facilitation, motivational and presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities with good hands in writing both narrative and quantitative reports.
