∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 3 Years working experience in the  field of education, particularly in the context of out-of-school children or marginalized communities·          Proven experience in curriculum development, teacher training, and capacity building.·          Strong knowledge of pedagogical approaches, learner assessment, and inclusive education practices.·          Familiarity with Pre-Primary Education (PPE), Ability-based Accelerated Learning(ABAL) models, Remedial education.·          Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead training sessions and workshops, report writing.·          Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical technical solutions in the field.§

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is going to implement ‘Let Us Learn (LUL): Enhancing educational access and alternative learning opportunities for out-of-school children and adolescents in remote areas’ Project supported by UNICEF. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.1.   Field Activity Coordination:·          Organize and coordinate all program activities at the field level, including training sessions, workshops, community events, and outreach activities.·          Ensure that activities are carried out according to the project plan, schedule, and guidelines.·         Support the implementation of educational programs such as PPE, ABAL, remedial camps, and skill development sessions.2.   Community Engagement:·          Mobilize and engage communities, parents, and local stakeholders to promote participation in the project.·          Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, leaders, and local organizations.·         Conduct awareness sessions and meetings to ensure understanding and support for project objectives.3.   Logistics and Resource Management:·          Manage the logistics for program activities, including venue arrangements, transportation, and the distribution of materials and resources.·          Maintain an inventory of supplies and ensure the timely availability of materials needed for field activities.·          Support in organizing and setting up training venues, ensuring that all equipment and materials are in place.4.   Support to Educators and Facilitators:·          Provide ongoing support and guidance to field educators, facilitators, and volunteers.·          Assist in coordinating training sessions for teachers and facilitators to build their capacity.·          Monitor the quality of teaching and learning activities, providing feedback and support as needed.5.   Monitoring and Reporting:·          Collect and document attendance data, activity reports, and other relevant information during field activities.·          Provide regular updates and reports to the Area Coordinator on the progress of activities, challenges, and success stories.·          Support the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) team in collecting data for assessments, surveys, and evaluations.6.   Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:·          Identify and address any issues that arise during field activities, including resolving conflicts or logistical challenges.·          Coordinate with the Area Coordinator to escalate and resolve major challenges.7.   Stakeholder Coordination:·          Liaise with local schools, government authorities, and other partners to ensure smooth coordination of activities.·          Participate in local meetings, forums, and events as a representative of the project.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, and WB Policy.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Consolidated Tk.42,000per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
