∎ Must have 5 years’ experience on project planning & implementation, advocacy, action research, communication & networking and supervision, monitoring & evaluation of implementing programs in any reputed NGOs
∎ Must have good knowledge on Bangladesh’s socio-economic and socio-political condition.
∎ Must be fluent in English and have excellent report writing capacity both in Bangla & English
∎ Excellent skills on basic computer applications including MS office package and social media
∎ Good organizational, leadership and team playing skills; self esteemed, open minded, culturally oriented, disciplined and proactive
∎ Highly adept and innovative in using current and emerging technologies
∎ Motivated, self-organised and active in taking initiative
∎ Familiarity working in online workplaces with decentralized teams
∎ Ability to coordinate a team, work under pressure, and deliver on deadlines
∎ Skill to develop monitoring mechanism
∎ Monitoring, reporting and data management experience.
∎ Minimum five years of experience in media monitoring and reporting.
∎ At least two assignments of analyzing and scanning the project results (outputs)
∎ Software skills required- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint ODK/Kobo toolbox, Online data management.
∎ Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, and age sensitivity and adaptability.
∎ Good in communication and writing both in Bangla and English.
∎ Responsive and good personnel skill.
∎ Pro-active and gender sensitive.
∎ Good in social media monitoring etc.
∎ Prior experience with quantitative and qualitative monitoring, evaluation, and research
∎ He or she will must be experienced in donor funded project M & E preparation at least 2 years.
∎ Have ability to prepare progress report according to project M &E plan.
∎ Have computer literacy both English and Bengali (excel, power point, Internet Microsoft word, internet browsing).
∎ Strong analytical skills to successfully use data and evidence to guide program adaptations
∎ Excellent communications skill. Graphic design, face book and websites management will an added value.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-cultural environment
∎ Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
∎ Excellent coordination and organizational skills and able to perform effectively within tight deadlines
∎ Ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect and update project information at regular intervals.
∎ Follow best practices in disseminating progress with colleagues and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Collect data on a regular basis to measure achievement against the performance indicators.
∎ Check data quality with partners.
∎ Maintain and administer the M & E database, analyze and aggregate findings
∎ Support project progress reporting (case study collection), project midterm review and final evaluation.
∎ Preparation of publication, project progress report, collecting GPS location of green IGA and desalination plant.
∎ Ensure data verification and proper documentation.
∎ Provide timely reports and information pertinent to the project stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate the preparation of all project reports. Guide staff and executing partners in preparing progress reports following approved reporting formats and ensure timely submission.
∎ This includes quarterly progress reports, annual project reports, and ad-hoc technical reports— Foster participatory planning and monitoring by training and involving target communities and groups in the M&E of activities.
∎ Capture best practices, case studies, challenges, and lessons learned regularly.
∎ VOICE is a right based research and advocacy organization working mainly on the issues of human rights, right to information and communication justice, privacy rights and data protection, freedom of expression, digital rights and safety, countering hate speech & misinformation as well as around the issues of aid and development effectiveness, economic justice, food sovereignty, climate change, public health programme etc, both in Bangladesh and on a global scale for 20 years.
∎ To implement a project on Collaborative Actions for Promoting Digital and Civic Space and Combating Gender Disinformation, VOICE is seeking applications for Programme Officer (Monitoring, Documentation and Evaluation) from qualified candidates in immediate basis. This is a contractual but full-time position for 12 (Twelve) months project.
∎ Collect and update project information at regular intervals.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary: 45000 BDT per month. Experience and skilled candidate can negotiate the salary.
