Educational Requirements:

∎ Any post-graduation qualification in Pediatrics/Internal Medicine/Infectious Disease will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating the Doctor’s team / Volunteer / Guests between head office and field. To help in organizing the health camp, give feedback to field and hospital staff, follow guidance and instruction from Head Office management, compile, analyze, and finalize the monthly, quarterly, and yearly report on health activities, correspond with volunteer applicants, and fellow volunteer, doctors, interns, and student’s enrolment process, conduct screening and matching of doctor’s team applications.
∎ To look after the administrative issues and logistic supply from the head office and monitor the progress of the program at the field level, manage risks, and prepare plans.
∎ To resolve problems to keep the program on track with the help of the Team Leader to provide information and support projects for future developments and keep regular liaise with the Program Manager / Medical Officer.
∎ Generate appropriate volunteering opportunities and role descriptions based on the needs of the organization, plan and organize the team on three floating hospitals and visitors’ schedules, and correspond with concerned departments as well as conduct orientation for volunteers and feedback from them.
∎ Responsible for technical assistance and operational support to the hospitals and need base accompanying the international doctors/volunteers in the Ships and in other fields of engagement.
∎ Develop a report of each consultation/volunteer / International doctor’s team routine on an annual basis. Actively participating in developing and submitting concept notes, and proposals on different health-related issues.
∎ Being able to engage with other Health Sectoral support as & when necessary in consultation with the immediate supervisor.
∎ To participate in the best practice in documentation or research-related activities and to take part and active involvement in any kind of intra and extra-departmental feedback, opinion, and activities.
∎ Ability to engage with any other job within the reason & means of Friendship management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Two (2) years of experience as a Medical Officer in any private or NGO clinic/ hospital is preferable
∎ Experience in service delivery is desirable
∎ Have the willingness to work in humanitarian response
