Job Responsibilities:
∎ The objective of this position is to provide support to program for managing day to day program activities, as well as provide support for administrative, secretarial and logistics works.
∎ Responsibilities include, s/he will provide support to organize meetings, trainings & workshops, ensure all logistics and materials for training/workshop and settle bills for trainings & workshops.
∎ She will also assist the team members for setting appointments, meetings and other communications with different stakeholders, communicate with foreign visitors and send invitation letters for visa and arrange tickets for visitors.
∎ S/he will prepare vehicle request for program meeting/visit, maintain liaison with Admin department for getting logistics support and other program related support as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in administrative and secretarial support, preferably in NGO environment
∎ S/he is expected to have ability to deal multiple tasks simultaneously
∎ Excellent understanding on office administration, logistics and secretarial functions.
∎ Excellent communication skills both Bangla and English
∎ Experience in organizing training events /workshops/meetings/ seminars
∎ Basic skills on budget preparation
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and ability to type in Bangla using Bijoy software
