Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have 4 years of MBBS Degree with MPH from reputed Medical College or University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in managing projects.
∎ Support field team & provide management support.
∎ Implementation decision at the field
∎ Help in budget preparation and budget management.
∎ Prepare various reports.
∎ Provide active support in managing the project.
∎ Provide management and technical support to field team.
∎ Implement management decisions at the field-level and follow up.
∎ Ensure timely purchase of materials/medicines/reagent.
∎ Implement mHealth application.
∎ Provide on-site technical and management support in the health facilities .
∎ Activity and performance monitoring of the field based project personnel.
∎ Conduct need Assessment, community level mapping of services, advocacy and networking.
∎ Budget preparation and management.
∎ Ensure smooth flow of funds, medicine, logistics for smooth running of health program
∎ Ensure representation at the meeting.
∎ Ensure quality of care in the health facilities, through follow-up and monitoring.
∎ Analyzing data of the program activities and document, maintaining records and prepare monthly progress report along with annual report.
∎ Create a mechanism to ensure proper support at field level for allocation of resources (monthly budget, training materials, equipment, medicines & other logistics etc.) for effective implementation of the program activities.
∎ Liaise with central and local Government authorities to ensure effective program implementation.
∎ Manage external visits in the project intervention areas.
∎ Represent the organization in various forum.
∎ Ensure logistics and security of the project's staff as per organization's policies and procedures in coordination with Logistics department.
∎ Foster team building.
∎ Create a friendly working environment for all staff members and ensure appropriate learning culture adhering to all PSEA and safeguarding issues.
∎ Ensure all assigned staff adheres to PSEA and safeguarding policies.
∎ Ensure supportive supervision, coaching and mentoring support for project staff.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management/supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Excellent teamwork, and a proven track record of building trust within team.
∎ Willingness and ability to work in hard-to-reach areas.
∎ Willing to travel to field visit frequently.
∎ Having non-discriminatory and gender-sensitive perceptions along with safeguarding policies
∎ Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office application.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills, facilitation, motivational and presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making capabilities with good hands in writing both narrative and quantitative reports.
∎ Good hand in writing both narrative and quantitative reports.
