Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify basic education sub-sector challenges and issues project fields, and assess needs in accordance with overall program strategy.
∎ Prepare monthly individual work plan and ensure proper implementation of the Project’s Monthly Action Plan;
∎ Make regular and frequent LC visits(MC) with quality checking;
∎ Regularly update stock register, oversee register khata and extend support to teachers;
∎ Conduct LCMC meeting, keep meeting regulation;
∎ Conduct parenting sessions and keep regulation;
∎ Follow up class room facilitation by the teachers as per the approved lesson plan;
∎ Assistance provide to class room teachers ( BLI) for decorating class room;
∎ If needed provide on the job training to the teachers ( Burmese) through measuring performances of both children and teachers capacity;
∎ Collect teachings materials and distribution to the children’s by the help of the respective teachers;
∎ Updates all kind of registers
∎ Directly assist to children survey, home visit, age and sex specific children identification;
∎ Attend Monthly Refreshers Training at the field level;
∎ Assist to Technical Officers (TO); if needed conduct cluster meeting issue base and keep documentation
∎ Ensure proper operation of the assigned LC’s;
∎ Keep local level networks with the different stakeholders;
∎ Attend / organize LCMC meeting, parenting sessions for resolving LC related any concerns;
∎ Provide daily progress information to Technical Officer and PM
∎ Prepare the monthly report and keep data base of all leaners and profile
∎ Participate different events organize by the donor and the project; Keep good team works with other key contact personnel like PO, TO,MEAL Officer, finance and admin Department & PM
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the project management and the organization.
∎ Support in monitoring program activities.
∎ Ensure regular school visit, monitor program activities and provide continuous support directly to the teacher.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Keep liaison with relevant NGOs, local representatives and field level GoB officials and education-related organizations for effective program implementation and enhancing quality.
∎ Disseminate new information, lessons learnt, government's new policies and programs etc to the appropriate forums when needed.
∎ Report Writing Skill (Both Bangla &English)
∎ Must have knowledge of Local Language
