Job Context:
∎ Name of Project: SHOUHARDO III Program
∎ Job Location: Project area Sirajganj district.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper implementation, DIP & Budget preparation of SHOUHARDO-III program and to oversee the five different components result oriented achievement.
∎ Assist the knowledge management and program development team to design interventions for addressing large scale of Livelihoods & Food security program
∎ Have knowledge on SHOUHARDO-III development trends related to Agriculture & Livelihoods, Health hygiene & Nutrition, Resilience, Women empowerment & Governance.
∎ To maintain strong communication and coordination with Project management team, SHOUHARDO-III Technical team & others relevant sect- oral staffs.
∎ Identify, plan and organize capacity development trainings/workshops of the field staffs
∎ Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large scale and complex projects.
∎ To organize and manage regular team meetings with field staffs, informal catch up meetings and external meetings as necessary and to ensure meeting notes and action points are distributed within the deadline.
∎ Support Management in decision making by providing consolidated reports on time regarding all areas of field operations and staff related activities.
∎ Have to be creative, result oriented, integrity, flexibility, decisiveness, adaptability, teamwork &self-motivated
∎ Competence in analyzing the social and gender dynamics within chars locality.
∎ Have skills on organizing chars community and social mobilization.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, organization and negotiation skills
∎ Skills in documentation, facilitation & reporting
∎ Strong analytical skills, be gender sensitive, and possess a proven track record of working successfully in a variety of multi-cultural contexts
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 8-10 years experience relevant experience
∎ Age below or equal to 40 years
∎ Experience in commodity management/work in livelihoods program will be preferred
∎ Proven competencies to work with MS-word/Excel,
∎ Should have valid motorcycle driving license
Salary:
∎ Tk. 42,419/= and other project benefits
