Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall planning for the project implementation based on proposal,
∎ Ensure implementation of all activities of the project in qualitative and quantitative manner,
∎ Ensure proper coordination to field staff and administration,
∎ Coordinate with relevant Govt. official to ensure participation in the project implementation,
∎ Coordination with union, upazila and district level different stakeholder,
∎ Responsible for organize training for beneficiaries and staff,
∎ Ensure proper utilization of resources of the project and LEDARS,
∎ Monitoring of all staff filed level activities,
∎ Support field visit of donor, journalist, visitor and another stakeholder,
∎ Responsible to prepare action plan, work plan and periodic progress report and submit to the higher authority of LEDARS and donor agency,
∎ Capable to promote activities and organization in social media,
∎ Assist to other staff to smooth operation of another project, if necessary,

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years working experience in NGO.
∎ Able to drive motor bike,
∎ Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
∎ Experience in using computers, internet use and typing skill,
∎ Interested to travel in rural area.
∎ Applicant who have experience in work in coastal area and climate change will get special priority.
∎ Good knowledge on computer operation including office software and internet browsing,

Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
