Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in social science or social Welfare, MPH preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertake regular monitoring visits in primary health centers located at different areas of Bangladesh.
∎ Provide training for the health workers as and when necessary,
∎ Undertake necessary initiatives for maintaining prompt medicine availability in the health centers,
∎ Provide necessary inputs in preparation of the annual budget of the health centers,
∎ Organize health camps and provide support in the health camps,
∎ Contribute to development of annual reports, leaflets, brochures, training manuals and other IEC materials,
∎ Organize emergency medical camps during the time of disaster and provision of relief activities,
∎ Undertake necessary initiatives for different health related days observation,
∎ Any other lawful tasks assigned by the chief health officer the authority.
∎ Undertake any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Four years professional experience in NGO health services.
∎ Minimum typing speed 25WPM in Bangla and English.
∎ The applicant must be a non-smoker.
∎ Willingness of extensive travelling.
∎ Attitude for working with poor and marginalized people based in the remote areas.
∎ Competency in MS Office package.
∎ Smart and well-conversant with professionalism.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skill in English & Bengali.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed.
