Experience:
Highly experienced and qualified professional with over 5 years of proven career in food security, livelihoods, skills development, and women empowerment related projects. A strong track record of success in designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating projects that have made a significant positive impact on the lives of marginalized communities. Key Experiences desired:
Extensive experience working in FSL, women empowerment program in INGOs
Proven ability to manage, implement, and monitor complex projects
High-level of technical expertise in agriculture technology, skills development, income generation activities, women empowerment, and market system improvement
Strong understanding of mainstreaming DRR and environment friendly approaches
Experience in participative planning, surveys, and assessments
Experience working in sector and working groups` level coordination mechanisms.

The Project Manager will be overall responsible implementation of the GIZ-SHADE Gender Sensitive Livelihood intervention 2023-2025 / Cox’s Bazar, Teknaf . Support to the project team, planning, organizing, monitoring & supervision of the project activities and provide necessary technical support and guidance for efficient and timely implementation of the project.
