∎ · Master’s Degree, preferred degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, International Development, or a related field.· Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) in a development or humanitarian context.· Proven experience with HMIS / data management systems and reporting tools.· Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, statistical software, and other data visualization tools.· Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity.· Experience in capacity-building, training staff in MEAL processes, and use of digital data platforms and tools development.· Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.· Strong written and verbal communication skills( both Bengali & English), with experience in report writing and presentations.· Commitment to high standards of accountability, transparency, and ethical behavior.· Should have experience to work with urban/rural community and local government· Should have experience in organizing Meeting, Workshop and training· Should have skill on facilitation to conduct training and workshop· Should have experience in program data compilation and reporting· Preparing report and documentation in Bengali and English· Should have good command in MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point packages.· Willingness to travel extensively in the project area of PSTC.· Strong sense of responsibility and have the patience to work under pressure· English language proficiency· Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Program Coordinator (MEAL) will play a key role in ensuring that the organization’s program monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning activities are implemented effectively. This position requires oversight of data collection, analysis, reporting, and learning activities, including ensuring that program data is accurately uploaded to the organization's web-based platform of the health management information system (HMIS) from all projects. Program Coordinator (MEAL) will also ensure timely and accurate reporting to the global system of the partner organization.
∎ Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E):·
∎ Design and implement program monitoring systems, including regular data collection, analysis, and reporting. Ensure that data collected is accurate, timely, and aligned with program indicators. Work closely with program staff to ensure proper integration of M&E activities into program design and implementation.· Support the design and roll-out of data collection tools, surveys, assessments, and other evaluations as required.· Conduct regular field visits to monitor the quality of program implementation and data collection processes.
∎ Data Management & Reporting:
∎ Ensure all program service data is entered, updated, and maintained within the organization’s HMIS.· Design, construct and layout of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools using digital platforms· Coordinate with program teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date program data is uploaded on HMIS regularly.· Support the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual program data reports for internal and external stakeholders.· Ensure data quality by conducting routine data validation checks in HMIS and addressing any discrepancies or errors.· Assist in the preparation of data-driven reports for donors, and other stakeholders.
∎ Data Integration and Reporting to Global HMIS System:
∎ Ensure all relevant data from the local DHIS2 system is accurately and regularly reported to the mother organization's global HMIS system.· Coordinate with global and regional teams to resolve any data discrepancies between local and global systems.· Follow-up on data reporting deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate data submissions to the global system.
∎ Capacity Building:·
∎ Train program staff on MEAL practices, DHIS2 usage, data quality standards, and reporting requirements.· Conduct regular workshops and sessions to strengthen the capacity of staff in data management and reporting tools.
∎ Learning and Accountability:·
∎ Facilitate regular review meetings and feedback loops to ensure that program performance is continuously assessed and improved.· Ensure that lessons learned from monitoring and evaluation activities are systematically shared with the program teams.· Promote a culture of accountability through feedback mechanisms, ensuring that beneficiary voices are incorporated into program improvements.
∎ Documentation and Knowledge Management:·
∎ Maintain comprehensive and organized records of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities.· Document and share best practices, lessons learned, and key program insights with the team and stakeholders.· Other Duties:· Support in the development of new projects by providing technical input into M&E plans, frameworks, and logical frameworks.
