Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferable of Master's Degree in Sociology, or other relevant social science discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience working at the field level with preference to experience on programs or project on human rights, safety and security, violence monitoring and/or community policing
∎ The candidate must have efficiency in strong problem-solving skills and ability multi-task and handle complex programming challenges.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Strong Computer skilld
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
∎ Ability to visit field area excessively.

Salary: Negotiable
