Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and conduct monthly and quarterly staff coordination meeting with specific agenda accomplishment of minutes.
∎ Start monthly meeting with Community Based Child Protection Committee (CBCPC) and community members as well as Adolescent Friendly Health Services (AFHS) of urban slums of CCC.
∎ Responsible for coordinating with all the GoB departments (i.e: CWASA, MoHFW, IPHN, MoPME, MoEDU, DSHE, MoSW, DSS, DPHE, DWA under Ministry of Women and Children Affairs) specially with City Corporation
∎ Develop an overall operational plan of proposed project under the guidance of M&D - UNICEF team to meet the objectives stated in the proposal.
∎ Assist to Project Focal Person to prepare periodic donor report.
∎ Coordinate with all the selected Child Protection Support Centre as well as Adolescent Clubs incorporates with Adolescent Friendly Health Services (AFHS) and Anti Natal Care (ANC).
∎ Development of training package, module and materials.
∎ Monthly meeting with Community Based Child Protection Committee (CBCPC) and community member.
∎ Regular cultural activities under direct guidance of central team of UNICEF.
∎ Communication and rapport building with reformation of committee if necessary.
∎ Responsible to arrange physical verification with identification marks of all CODEC assets in the project areas.
∎ Responsible to reconcile inter project fund management.
∎ Responsible to prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly report on the project.
∎ Responsible to maintain liaison and communication with GoB official of MoWCA, DWA, DSS, MOL,BSS of GoB and other likeminded NGOs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have at least 3 years experience in WASH & Nutrition Program
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision-making.
∎ Planning, budgeting, and financial management skills
∎ Team building, HR management skills
∎ Supportive supervision and motivation skill.
∎ Skilled in documentation, facilitation, presentation & reporting.
∎ Computer (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, email, internet etc ) knowledge
∎ Strong report writing skills both Bangla and English.
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
