There is a vacancy for the following contractual position based at LAMB Hospital, Parbatipur, Dinajpur.

Job Summary: Assist the Golden Jubilee Team in designing various publications and communication materials. Collect and share information as needed and support the organization of various Golden Jubilee events throughout the year 2026.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and preserve Golden Jubilee banners/posters/festoons, etc.

• Prepare requisitions for procurement items regarding the Golden Jubilee.

• Prepare participant lists for various Golden Jubilee events in consultation with implementing team.

• Communicate with Golden Jubilee event participants to attend the events

• Communicate with various LAMB departments regarding the Golden Jubilee.

• Organize materials for projection during various Golden Jubilee events.

• Collect photos and prepare event reports as needed.

• Communicate with respective medias (print/electronic/online) for circulation

• Type letters/invitations and send to respective persons.

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations

• Maintain inventory and documentation records.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
