∎ Follow Up the co-workers activities about providing SMV & Target for Production Planning and Consumption (Thread & Accessories).
∎ Garments Breakdown, Cycle Check, Line Layout & Balancing, Line Graph, Performance, Efficiency & Productivity Increase.
∎ Motivate sewing operators, GSD Training, Methods Analysis & Development.
∎ Setting of Standard Minutes (SMs), Performance & Efficiency boosting, Increase Productivity.
∎ Production monitoring & providing real data to top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
