Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and monitor the activities of workers on the production floor.
∎ Execute production processes as per the direction of the reporting manager.
∎ Ensure that each bag produced is properly tagged with a tag card for identification and tracking.
∎ Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the production area.
∎ Oversee all related operations to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Hashem Flour Mill, a concern of Sajeeb Group, is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join its team in Narayanganj. Candidates with experience in the flour or food production industry will be given preference.
