Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from Reputed University/ Graduated from any renewed Institution
∎ MBA/M.Sc. in Textile Fields get priority.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, lead and control manpower & equipment capacity to maximize utilization with lowest cost, utmost efficiency and minimum wastage.
∎ Implement IE concepts and improve productivity. Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization of a Warp Knitting Industry.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Total follow up from Yarn receiving to Finished Goods delivery.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing department for optimal pricing/production/lead time/shipment.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ Directly work with Managing Director to perform any other task as assigned by him from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Good communication skills in Bengali and English.
∎ Good at MS office skills.
∎ Technical problem solving ability with analytical skills as per quality standard based of RMG production.
∎ Must possess very good interpersonal skills, to maintain effective relationship with Workers, Supervisors and Managers.
