Job Responsibilities:
∎ 01) Completely responsible for bond licensing, customs auditing and related issues with customs bond.
∎ 02) Perform all the bond related works proficiently and independently.
∎ 03) Must have experience to face custom audit.
∎ 04) Prepare yearly import and export customs statement for bond audit.
∎ 05) Should have ability to handle customs auditing and related issues independently.
∎ 06) All customs clearance of imported materials,
∎ 07) Maintain stock management & statement.
∎ 08) Maintain proper liaison with customs bond.
∎ 09) Adequate Knowledge about H.S. Code, L/C Clauses, PI, Customs and bonded warehouse matter,
∎ Custom Audit, Bill of Lading and other shipping documents,Certificate of Origin and undertaking, Bond License,
∎ Vessel Schedule, Invoice, Packing list, UD, GSP, EXP, BGMEA, NBR & other delegates etc.
∎ 10) Obtain/renewal of all kind of related legal documents/licenses.
∎ 11) Follow up all import and UD.
∎ 12) Monitoring Cash Incentive related to all activities.
∎ 13) Keeping updated knowledge related to all circulars and guidelines regarding Cash Incentive.
∎ 14) To Kept excellent knowledge of Master LC, Sales Contract, BTB LC, BGMEA related UD, EO, PRC etc.
∎ 15) Communication with related banks, audit firms & Central Bank until the realization of the audited claim amount.
∎ 16) Reporting to top management related to Cash Incentive properly.
∎ 17) Keeping all related files and documents for future use.
∎ 18) The applicants should have experience in 100% export-oriented Knit composite/ Knit Garments manufacturing industry.
∎ 19) Computer literacy is a must.
∎ 20) Any other tasks as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
