Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE or Textile Engineering from any reputed Public, Private or Foreign Universities.
∎ Skills Required: IE, Production planning, Strategic Planning
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning for the upcoming order and Prepare production plan for ensuring on time shipment.
∎ Forecasting the upcoming work load and take action accordingly.
∎ Estimate machine requirements, working hour, fabric category, target unit and manpower.
∎ Calculate and finalize product SMV, CM calculation and finalize the product cost.
∎ Time Study (SMV) for each & every process.
∎ Daily Problem analysis and solve.
∎ Set up the best process route & parameter for Bulk order to achieve required Buyer standard through development as well as to minimize wastage & rejections.
∎ Regular basis provide Fabric costing to MD & Merchants considering Fabric quality.
∎ Enhance product range & innovation by new/special development with recent fashion trend.
∎ Responsible for all aspects of product (Fabric) development of new products and as per requirements of Customer that is successful in production and meets Apparels expectations.
∎ Responsible for coordinating all phases of sample production.
∎ Regular basis feedback on Bulk critical issues as well as problematic issues to related concerns dept. like knitting/dyeing/brushing/Shearing/Tumbling/finishing & Quality.
∎ Monthly Pre-production meeting with risk analysis with Production Management & Merchant team.
∎ Review competitor of Textiles for new development, costs, specifications and fabric comparisons.
∎ Arrange monthly effective training & development for sub-ordinates on technical issues.
∎ Follow up the departmental KPI.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have the knowledge of present trend of fashion, huge depth of practical knowledge of yarn, knitting, dyeing and quality of Fleece fabric also negotiation skill for dealing with customers for developed and existing products (Fabric).
∎ Need good leadership and independently run of his own team.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in both written and speak in English.
∎ Experienced foreign employees are highly encouraged to apply.
