Job Context:
∎ S M Spinning Mills Ltd. ( A sister concern of S M Group) is looking for potential candidates for the position of Production officer/ Sr. Production Officer at its factory Madhabpur, Habiganj.
∎ Factory Production Capacity : 35 Tons/day.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve production targets along with quality under the supervision of the PRODUCTION MANAGER.
∎ Work closely with the whole production team to meet the production target within the specified time.
∎ Ensure quality of the yarn as per the requirement of the buyers.
∎ Ensure meeting finishing production targets on a daily basis.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong have leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
∎ Should be hard-working, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
