Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee production planning & management activities.
∎ Daily target review,manpower balancing, reviewing major quality issues.
∎ Fully responsible for Daily hourly production and target.
∎ Ensure quality of production.
∎ Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Provide machinery requirements in line loading plan and issue the total machinery requirement to the maintenance department along with the line loading plan..
∎ Well conversant of understanding technical file, PP comments and implementation in working place.
