Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to timelines.
Manage resources, including raw materials, packaging, and personnel, to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
Implement and enforce quality control standards throughout the production process.
Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet the company's and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
Troubleshoot and resolve any quality-related issues or deviations in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality checks and production batches.
Enforce all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production area.
