Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control all ABU functions relating to Tongi operations
∎ Visit ABU & satellite to ensure quality & productivity
∎ Ensure 100% production in ABU as per estimate & plan
∎ Explore new ABU for more productivity.
∎ Control materials & bills
∎ Control inventory
∎ Visit ABU’s weekly.
∎ Reduce shop return of Thongs / Canvas / D.I.P Shoes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good IT knowledge.
∎ Expert in negotation process
∎ Leadership and team building ability.
∎ Willing to work in factory environment
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali.

Salary: Negotiable
