∎ Degree pass.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The individual must have experience in woven garments production.
∎ To achieve production target with buyer’s required quality standard.
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production and work to increase productivity.
∎ Responsible for enhancing workers' performance and skills.
∎ Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve them.
∎ Perform root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
∎ Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve production quantities.
∎ Implement processes to improve efficiency.
∎ Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by buyer.
∎ Be responsible for floor compliance, housekeeping and on time delivery.
∎ Any other responsibility given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to analysis production related reports.
∎ Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing Techniques will be an added advantage.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
