Additional Requirements:
- Age 37 to 45 years
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Training in textile/garment production or industrial engineering will be an added advantage.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong seeking for new factory
Responsibilities & Context:
Should have multi product knowledge in Trousers and Jackets as well in Denim.
Proven experience in jackets and trousers.
Basic knowledge of ERP or production management software.
Solid understanding of production planning and quality control.
Should have a clear idea about production, rejection control and industrial engineering activities.
Time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet production deadlines.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, changing manufacturing environment.
Analytical skills to assess production data and identify areas for improvement.
Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
Have sufficient knowledge of production cost calculation Report to the General Manager on the production status and resolve any problems to ensure the order is executed as per buyer specifications.
Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time
