Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting, Managing, communicating and maintaining the production plan of specific style from the merchandising & planning department.
∎ Analyze & examine the risk assessment of the specific orders, determine details such as quantities to be printed, types of color, production times, stock specifications, colors, and color sequences; to assure the possibility to fulfill/comply the quantity & quality at convenient time frame of the buyer.
∎ Complete knowledge on Pigment, Reactive, Disperse, Discharge, Burnout and Metallic printing process.
∎ After conferment of the order; inspect the style, design & requirement of the order as per the buyers specification; correction of the alignment and taking initiative to create the sample accordingly.
∎ Examine & ensure the sufficient quantity of input at the store/inventory for uninterrupted production, based on the data received from the risk assessment report.
∎ Monitoring & Supervising of Blend, Chemical, stains, and solvents according to types of material being printed and work order specifications.
∎ Receiving & ensuring the data & documents of a specific style from the sample department to examine & proceed for production.
∎ Monitoring & supervising the program of color & frame at the color room & the expose room according to the specific style.
∎ Arrange the samples to deliver to the relevant merchandising team & management for bulk approval, before proceeding for mass production.
∎ Supervise & monitor the production plan for the bulk production, whether the production will be at the table or machine.
∎ After approval of the sample, coordinate the PP meeting with the quality, compliance & production team for the production procedure according to the quality & compliance policy.
∎ Arrange to prepare few samples, from which process (table/machine) the bulk production shall be made and compare & justify the sample with the quality team.
∎ Allocation, arrangement & setup of manpower at the floor, line & machine for effective production at effective expenditure.
∎ Brief the production team about the production plan & technical issues regarding the specific style to be printed for uninterrupted production.
∎ Taking initiative for Correction of misprinted materials, using materials such as ink eradicators or solvents.
∎ Inform the concern department & management and taking immediate corrective action plan accordingly, in case of any malfunction.
∎ Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.
∎ Monitoring & supervising the heat press & curing machine.
∎ Supervise & monitor hourly production target & report the management accordingly.
∎ Process the printing according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
∎ Maintaining and reporting daily Production activities and submission report to the management.
∎ Coordinating & monitoring with other departments especially with Procurement, Inventory, maintenance and Dispatch Department.
∎ Ensure arrangement of upcoming style at advance to reduce the lead time.
∎ Checking the quality of product after the production.
∎ Regular feedback to the quality & planning department for control of process wastage & quality.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have work experience in any export oriented AOP Mills
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & Communication ability.
∎ Must have good presence and leadership ability.
