Job Responsibilities:
∎ Well Production planning according to Monthly requirement
∎ Ensure production & delivery within target time
∎ Utilization of manpower and develop the production process
∎ Lead the production team focusing on quality of the product
∎ Good communication with PMC, Quality, Engineering and others team for production support
∎ Employee care & development plan for sustain the production manpower
∎ Internal good communication to resolve the Internal audit issues and external feedback reduction.
∎ Active part in continues Improvement .

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production/ Operation Management
∎ Skills Required: Production Management, Project Management, Quality Management

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Probation time is 6 months/A After probation period , Mobile bill, Commission
∎ As per company policy
