∎ HSC

∎ 10 to 11 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all aspects related to line production.
∎ Know the details of all the matters of the order like approve sample, production plan, shipment date etc. from the PD/ED and explain among the subordinates.
∎ Take all necessary measures through line chief, supervisors and operators to minimize defects, rejection and overall DHU.
∎ Ensure quality control as per the advice of quality team and make necessary correction.
∎ Ensuring that production runs smoothly by providing guidance to employees on time management and task prioritization.
∎ Understanding monthly production plan and achieve the production target.
∎ Explaining the buyer’s requirements to the workers.
∎ Take necessary measures to retain good performing line chief, supervisor & operators.
∎ Prepare daily production report and submit to the reporting boss.
∎ Identifying and resolving any production related issues.
∎ Supervising workers health, safety and various aspects.
∎ Checking and singing any documents related to production.
∎ Establishing good working relation among line chief, supervisor and operators.
∎ Render support to other lines as per the instruction of AGM/DGM/PD/ED.
∎ Maintaining productivity by reviewing employee performance and counselling or terminating poor performers.
∎ Achieve the production target by monitoring the line chiefs and supervisors.
∎ Communicating with workers to ensure that they understand their tasks, are comfortable with their working conditions, and are treated fairly by management.
∎ Meet the production target as per plan through the optimum production of the lines.
∎ Plan and execute production in coordination with IE.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having good communication skills both in Bangla & English.
∎ Good man management skills to handle subordinates.
∎ knowledge on industrial Compliance.
