Job Responsibilities:
∎ Driving continuous development to production, quality, cost, and delivery initiatives while building and maintaining relationships with in house managers, chefs, vendors, and various departments within Shanta Multiverse and Shanta Holdings.
∎ Overseeing the day-to-day production operations, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery of food items to our multiple locations. This involves bi-weekly scheduling sent to Operations Manager and Managing Director for approval.
∎ Effectively engaging, coach, motivate and lead the Production team for career progression and development.
∎ Establishing procedures, metrics and processes to drive productivity and optimization.
∎ Analyzing and identify areas of improvement in cost savings, production, and lead times. Must stay within the budget.
∎ Developing and administering operational procedures for outgoing shipments, handling and distribution of products, and keeping the highest standards of quality.
∎ Create, learn, and assist on strategic planning and forecasting to improve existing production issues
∎ Establishing new procedures, metrics, and processes alongside the Managing Director and Manager of Operation.
∎ Creating a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change within the facility, adapt to the ever-changing business, and stay focused on the customer experience.
∎ Monitoring production office to ensure no theft, health violations or misconduct occurs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years of operational leadership in food manufacturing / production plant / franchise restaurant is a must.
∎ Prior experience in maintaining delivery scheduling and production scheduling.
∎ Understanding of food safety regulations/compliance (BSTI and Mobile Court regulations).
∎ Proven success managing teams of 40+ employees in a hyper-growth organization - our culture is a critical part of our success, and you need to help drive it.:
∎ Effective supply chain management skills, well-versed in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement (Six Sigma certification a plus).
∎ Efficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Google app (Gmail, drive, sheets, etc.) capabilities.
