Educational Requirements:
∎ University degree in Operations Management, Engineering or Qualifications in business/finance (MBA or Masters in Finance preferred)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building the overall analysis approach and main work streams of major projects while scheduling and tracking landmarks.
∎ Developing short and long term strategies to curate organizational growth, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs.
∎ Ensuring that project is conducted in a timely fashion and according to the department quality standards and budget restrictions.
∎ Prioritizing objective findings as well as delivering actionable recommendations.
∎ Analyzing industrial structure issues and facilitate development and continuous improvement.
∎ Developing sound conclusions based on project methodology and analysis.
∎ Building and manage relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
∎ Evaluating regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4-5 years in a strategic role in the food and beverage industry is a must.
∎ 1-2 years in an operations leadership role.
∎ Understanding of food safety regulations/compliance (BSTI and Mobile Court regulations).
∎ Proven success managing teams of 40+ employees in a hyper-growth organization - our culture is a critical part of our success, and you need to help drive it.
∎ Efficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Google apps (Gmail, drive, sheets, etc.) capabilities.
