Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve daily production target with buyer quality standards
∎ Ensure both sewing and finishing production is as per planning requirement
∎ Framework schedule for the production team and communicate expected deliverables to achieve the production
∎ Resolve day-to-day operational challenges to ensure productivity and quality
∎ Maintain production quality standard in order to keep the DHU within tolerance
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity
∎ Utilize all production monitoring tools in order to reduce alter, rejection, OT
