• BSc in Textile engineering / Equivalent

• Lead seamless garment production operations to ensure on-time delivery, Top-quality output, and efficient workflow. Manage the production team, machines, and materials while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication skill in English, Bangla is mandatory.

• Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and have good personality to cooperate a knitting, dyeing and sewing team.

• Should be able to work under pressure.

• Must have sound knowledge on Knit product.

• Should have excellent knowledge on computer MS office packages.

• Production Planning & Execution: Plan and monitor daily production to meet targets and maintain smooth workflow across all stages.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate operators; ensure adherence to SOPs and machine setup.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor garment quality, promptly address defects, and maintain high first-pass yield.

• Machine & Equipment Management: Oversee machine operation and maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Material Control: Ensure timely availability and efficient use of yarns, trims, and accessories.

•  Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and implement best practices.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and enforce all safety policies.

•  Reporting: Keep accurate production and quality records; report performance regularly
